Eligibility and verification
Secured Equity Title Pawn, LLC operates as a title pawn lender serving borrowers in the state of Georgia. All applications are subject to approval based on eligibility and verification requirements, which may include:
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Verification of applicant information
- Verification of vehicle ownership and title status (lien status where applicable)
- Vehicle appraisal or valuation as part of underwriting
Borrower requirements
- Borrowers must be at least 18 years old.
- Borrowers must be Georgia residents (as applicable to the transaction and documentation).
Loan structure and term
Title pawn transactions are a short-term consumer credit product secured by a vehicle title. Loan amounts and terms vary based on vehicle value, borrower qualifications, and applicable regulatory limits.
Approved transactions are documented with required disclosures and an agreement that explains the repayment schedule, fees/charges, and other terms before execution.
Rates, fees, and APR disclosures
Title pawn transactions can be expensive and may carry high costs compared to traditional financing. Any APR, fees, and total cost of the transaction will be provided in writing prior to signing.
Military Lending Act notice
Active-duty service members and their dependents may not be eligible for certain high-cost credit products under the Military Lending Act (MLA). If MLA restrictions apply, we will not proceed with a prohibited transaction.
Written disclosures before you sign
If you are approved, you will receive the required written disclosures and agreement terms before execution. We do not finalize any agreement until paperwork is reviewed and acknowledged.
